Location of hole for fuel filler neck?

My bed side on my '57 ffpw does not have a hole for the fuel filler neck.

Am I missing something or has it been welded closed at some point?

Now to figure out where to drill that hole. I have holes where I don't need them and no holes where I do.

Is there a drawing somewhere that would show the exact location of the hole?
