Not enough info given for a guess in price. There is no such model as a 4BTS. How many hours, how does it run ? The 4 speed tranny is most likely useless in a PW Conversion as you will need a overdrive and 4.89's to keep the RPM's in reason.
I have seen good engines go for 1000 all the way to 3000. They are so popular, its a sellers amrket right now. I would not pay 2650 for an unknown engine. You need some room in your price to be able to handle any needed repairs. Repairs can be VERY expensive if a Injection PUmp or Turbo is misbehaveing.
