If I can find 5/16 in quantity for a reasonable price, I'll do it. McMaster-Carr has 5/16 at $6.69 for 5, which works out to $133.80 for 100, which I don't consider close to reasonable. I will try that WCL fasteners and see what their price is. They have a $100 minimum order, so I'd have to buy a lot more than I need and then sell/trade the rest.
Meanwhile, where do you get the 3/8?
