$59.00 Husky angle die grinder and some 4in cutoff wheels is all I use. Believe it or not I learned out to cut sheet metal this way by watching American Chopper. Always cut it slightly over size then grind until you're about a 1/16th undersize then you're good to go. Gotta always consider metal expansion from the heat, hence the reason to cut the patch slightly undersize.
