It should, the disc brakes are normally larger than the drums. That bolt diameter (not the bolt circle) seems small for a '71. 100 and 200 had 1/2" lugs, the Dana 70 axles sure seemed to have larger lugs than that and my 3500 has 1" lugs so I think there may ne more than one application.
Measure your lugs, if they are 9/16" then you should be good to go. Fred M here may have the exact information, he has quite a few Sweptline 300 trucks.
