My Axle U Bolts on the CArryall and M37 were 9/16 ". I suggest you take on of the bottom plates for the spring shop to use as a guide when bending the new bolts. I allow some extra in length, till I am torqued, then cut them off with a angle grinder and cut off wheel. I forget the actual finished length, but its easy to measure. Measure from the top of the spring pack to the bottom of the lower plate, then add a inch or 2.
