Tim I have one, not for sale but more than happy to ship it up to you for fab/repro prototype. look for two holes on top of bed rail, two holes on indent on notched fender, and one or two holes on bed side which are level with indent holes. now that you have found all these holes they will be ignored if you want to mount 36' spare =) Another issue I came across is that wide 12" or better stick out of notch kinda far. I used an 8r 19.5 36" recap for my spare looks nice almost flush with fender. Your mud pit student driver has pointed out that your new truck looks alot like "Mater the tow truck" from disney movie Cars.
