John,
You can eliminate some of the squeeks & noises but you're always going to have a noisy contraption unless you're going to modify the original PW design.
For starters...the cab is spring mounted on the early power wagons. What year is your truck?
The early trucks with wooden mounts & spring mounted cabs are just noisy...live with it.
The floorboard squeeking at the pedals...a lot of that can be eliminated with a little playing but basically the whole Idea of the Power Wagon's design is that the cab stays rigid while the frame twists around underneath without having the cab restrict the frames movement. The cab is always moving around on a Power Wagon. This is where the long body mount bolts & springs come into play & they are never ever going to be quiet.
Ultimately a guy can 3 point mount his cab & solve this problem, so long as originality & the value of a stock truck isn't your goal.
The rear engine mounts are virtually metal to metal....there's just so many areas where you're not going to make a PW quiet without modification.
I would invest my money in ear plugs :)
