Pistons usually can be reused, have your machinist check them out, only the rings make contact with the cylinder, so unless there is a reason that new rings won't work with your pistons, re-use the pistons.
Cams are best replaced, they are normally a high wear item. Check the lobes for wear, pitting, scoring and heat damage...and of course replace the lifters at the same time. If the oil pick-up/strainer show signs of particles, sludge, debris, etc., be very careful reusing them, cleaning often doesn't remove all the gunk.
