If the engine is rebored, you will have to buy new pistons. New oil pumps are cheap insurance for the new parts you installed. As for the cam, you could have the machinist measure lobe wear and see if the cam is still in spec. but I think you will find that flathead parts are pretty cheap to buy. I would reccommend you have him balance the engine components. Take him the flywheel, pressure plate, and front pulley. I had all the machine work done to mine, and assembled it myself. Not too hard at all. Have fun with it.
