Joan and I rode to Burlington in the Power Wagon last night, about 25 miles each way, all rural, some dirt roads, but mostly paved. We arrived in Burlington, found a parking space and parrallel parked. Gotta love the power steering! I hopped out and there sitting on my drivers side running board was my Milwaulkee hole hawg, in its case with a bunch of selfeed bits. (translate: a lot of $ in that box) It was not wedged in against anything, just sitting there. Who says these trucks give a rough ride!
Several days ago, one of the guys who works for me brought the drill into the shop and handed it to me. I was in the middle of something so I sat it on the running board and forgot all about it.
On our way home, we were sitting at a stop light. a small car with a couple of College age boys pulls up on my left. I could see them eyeing the truck. Finally the driver leans over and asks "What kind of car is that? I told him " its a Dodge Power Wagon" His response was "Dude, thats sick" Anyone with teenage kids will know that that is a high compliment! I forgave him for calling it a car!
