A few were built for the military, mostly for lend lease in 1940 or 41.
The ones for the public were built in 1940-42 and again from 1944 and up.
Prior to 1940 there were Dodge chassis COEs with bodies built by an outside company.
I only know of one WKD left, I think it is in Chyrsler's collection.
