My Dad a WWII Vet and was one of the first on Japanese shores AFTER the war. His duties were to free AMERICAN POW's from Japanese POW Camps. I got PART of the story out of him about 14 years ago when he was 68. I say HALF the story because of what he saw and the condition of the OUR men, he was unable to tell me the entire story.
