Big Block Chrysler conversion in M37?

I am curious if anyone here has ever installed a big block Chrysler in an M37? I want to use the original New Process 420 transmission if possible, so I can keep my winch set up as is. The engine in question is a 1968 383 out of a Polara. I am just wondering if this is possible, and if so, what needs to be done to mate it up with the transmission?
