Here is a link to a close up of my Swivel Frame data plate. The numbers that are not legible are the serial number which reads 1066 and the model number which reads 120. As you can see the data plate reads Truckstell Willock Swivel Frame. This truck was ofiginally a brush fire truck out of the Florida department of Forestry and is porbably on of the swiwels built there. I have not benn successful in getting much , if any, information ovet the internet concerning Truckstell and their relationship with Willock. Does any body out there have any information on the Willock/Truckstell relationship? Was the Willock design licensed to Truckstell as there seem to be two different swivel designs around as confirmed by visual inspections between Canadian build swivels and Florida built swivels. upon inspection the Canadian built seem to angle downward while the Florida built swivels angle upward to the point that the base of the cab needs to be trimmed for the cab to set properly on the mounts without running into the swivel joint. Does anybody have a picture of a Canadian built swivel frame data plate? Any info would be appreciated.
