Difficult times can strike anyone, life isn't always fair. If a guy legitimately forgets about a debt, a reminder is welcome. If he runs into financial troubles, then he should try to work it out. If he simply misrepresents a product or a service, refuses to stand by his word, or fails to produce, and refuses to accept his responsibility, then he doesn't deserve to be trusted. It's unfortunate that things like this go on, but they always have. JH
