Need help with VIN number

One of the PW's we brought back from PA has a Pentastar on the right fender so I figure it's a 60's truck. I tried the serial number in the registry but it comes back with a error code. The number is 24611511157 which was on a small tag on the drivers door post. Being relatively new at this series truck I need to know what I've got here. There is no title. The rims are stamped as 65's. anyone?
