I agree 100%, but say he's stuck out in the middle of nowhere and can't get the blasted thing started because of the NSS? This would get him home, at least.
Yes, yes, I know he's not stuck out in the middle of nowhere unless he has a laptop with a fresh battery and a cellular modem, but you get the idea...
