There are two questions here. First, WC is an engineering code for 1941 - 1947 Dodge 1/2 ton 2WD trucks generally with the express (pick-up) bed. For 1940 the engineering code for the equivalent trucks was VC. In 1939 it was TC. For 3/4 2WD civilian trucks replace the "C" with "D15" ('41 - '47 3/4 ton was WD15) _D20 was a 1 ton 8' bed, single rear wheel. _D21 was a 1 ton 9' bed, dual rear wheels. By chance, Dodge also used WC as the engineering code for 1941 - 1945 Dodge military 4x4 trucks, possibly because they were built on the same assembly lines as the WC civilian series.

Doors from 1939 through 1947 Dodge and Plymouth light trucks, closed cab 1/2 ton military, and all "flatfender" Power Wagons are essentially the same and interchangeable. I have seen a '40's cab-over and it appears that the same cab and doors are used. I believe civilian panel, 1/2 ton and 3/4 military carry-alls, panels, and ambulances use essentially the same door except the the upper rear corner is square.

The second question concerns vent windows. They were a feature of the "Deluxe" cab option on the civilian models. I have Power Wagons with both configurations. This option variously included a second windshield wiper, arm rests, sunvisor(s), and an interior (dome) light. The Parts List shows the various parts for either window configuration. All doors can be equipped with either set up. Window and door latch hardware from all the above doors is interchangeable.

I hope this answers both questions.
