Go ahead and pull it off if you want. However, none of the parts have any affect on power, so why bother? Definatley keep the canister- it vents the tank! The EGR doesn't do anything to power, the PCV is essencial, and the heated air intake probably doesn't work anymore anyway. You shouldn't have an air pump...and the catalytic converter is probably shot too.
If you do pull the equipment, be sure to plug the vacuum ports or else you'll have a poor running truck.
