Cranks should be the same. starters and cams would be backwards. Replace with off the shelf items and go. Either way it rotates,the intake manifold would most likely have a wet exhaust water inlet on the right front which would take water from the cooling jacket and run it into the exhaust so the intake manifold would either have to be replaced with one from a car or the hole tapped and plugged to keep coolant in the cooling system and out of the exhaust system
