MU3 Winch Questions....
Okay, I just acquired an old MU3 Winch for my winch frame 1/2 ton. Yeah, it ain't the right one, but it was cheap and it's all there.
I've got some questions maybe someone more knowlegeable than I can answer:
1) What were these used on and how old is it? It's painted OD in some areas.
2) What is the difference between an MU3 and an MU2?
3) I need to get brackets to mount this thing, and the brackets on my WC are not the right ones, as the holes don't match up. I'd drill them out, but the new holes will interfere with the old holes. Anybody got a lead on any MU3 brackets?
