The Power Wagon was designed to be a tough sumbitch hard working farm truck for on or off road use.
The M37 is a tactical truck, meaning it was designed to get GI's across a battlefield.
The PW is better at hauling cargo, the M37 is shorter and gets around off road better.
Depends on what use you have in mind.
