WC1/2t pto shaft layout

whats the routing of the shaft- over, under,or thru
the big front crossmember? Ive mounted a MU-5 but the shaft
is close to the front axle.also can't use the hand crank anymore,
but I haven't modified the grill with a saw yet either.
