You'll have a lot less problems if you cut the tubing with a pipe cutter, the kind you spin around and slowly turn the cutting wheel into the tubing. Before doing so find the biggest drill bit you can slide into the ID of the tubing. After cutting you'll have a burr on the INSIDE. Simply drill it out and you'll have a perfectly true cut. As others have said, make sure the clamp when setting the flares is completely tight. If it slips, you're done. If done countless stainless systems with no problems. Kevin
