Well, the control valve is rusted and I might as well call it weilded. But I'm thinking that may not be it. This is the first time it's ever happened and I've driven it many years in all kinds of weather with that thing in the same position. Also, it's starting to run a little rough right from start up.Give it a little gas and it smooths right out.The thing wants to back-fire on down hill run but that may be due to it stalling out.Maybe on the electrical side?
