Power Wagon Differentials are either 4.89 or 5.83 to 1. No other choices with stock axles.

It is difficult to drop a Cummins 6B series in a PW/M37/WC do to size. It can be done at great expense and cutting into the cab area for more room. A Cummins 4B series drops right in with no cutting whatsoever. A Cummins 4BTA/NV-4500/4.89 ring and pinions and 36" tires will run any legal highway speed.

Along with the conversion you should consider changing to 4 wheel disk brakes do to the higher speeds and also Power Steering.

At the top of the forum, click on Phil's Archives, then click on search. Search for
CUMMINS. You will get more reading than you can do in one evening. The old posts will give you a real flavor of the details involved. Then you will develope specific questions to post.

If you dont have a Cummins/Transmission, need to change to 4.89 ring and pinions, add Hydroboost 4 wheel Disk Brakes, Saginaw Power Steering and if you can do absolutely all your own fab work, Budget $8500. If you have to hire fab work done ( and there is a lot) the price will climb like a home sick Angel.
