IE Seems to be working now.

The Magellan NAV 5200dx is a discontinued model. It was a panel or surface mount marine GPS. They do not have a color display. Lots of neat functions, but best of all, they have a huge display with the criticle readouts in large characters roughly .750" high by .125 thick. Easy to read while driving. They have a NEMA 0183a output to feed Radar or in my case feed my ThinkPad.

I use this model because they can be bought quite reasonably in price, especially on Ebay as they are no longer supported. I have the same model in all my old iron and also Ram. I wanted to have a standard unit in all trucks so they all operate the same ( key strokes) while driving.

I also have a Garmin GPS 45 (handheld) with NEMA 0183a output to feed the ThinkPad that I use as a back up on trips. The Garmin 45 also has a external antenna, which can be seen above the right hand door at the gutter line on the carryall pictures.

While The Magellan NAV 5200dx does not have voice output to guide you to Pizza Hut, a simple look on the ThinkPad and you see exactly where you are on the map.

The picture is a Magellan NAV 5200dx in my M37.

Look at the Garmin and Magellan Commercial Marine GPS Models. These will have external antennas, panel or surface mount like seen in the picture, and much larger displays.
