We recently replaced our suburban with a dual fuel 3/4 ton Express van that runs on CNG or regular unleaded. It gets about 14 mpg with the 5.7 V8. CNG cost .73 a gallon here in the Salt Lake area, so 300 miles in the van set you back about $15.00. The same 300 miles in our 30mpg Nissan Altima cost $30.00.

The van is our new commuter. :-)

I'm watching eBay for components needed to change the WC-51 over to CNG... although I'm not sure where I'd put the tanks.
