Not sure of what is broken- the spring shackle pin at the end, or the spring center bolt in the middle? Simply disassemble and replace the broken part. But springs are never as easy to work on as you would think.

Bushings can wear so bad that they wear through the shackle pins. And also wear the spring's eye. That would be my only reason to replace a spring. Otherwise, rebush, replace leafs as required...
