I dont have any pictures of the PW Mechanical Clutch/pedal setup. Hopefully someone else has and can post.
Just a long shot, could you have put the clutch disk in backwards ? I have no idea how a backwards clutch disk would fit ot act.
One other long shot, but I did have a similar problem on a John Deere JD-40 Bull Dozer. When inserting the transmission, the clutch disk got bent a little fron improper alignment as I pushed her in. The bent clutch disk was always in conatct with the pressure plate no matter how far the clutch throwout was pushed. I pulled it apart and trued the tweeked pressure plate on a lathe, re-installed and she ran fine.
But if it worked before, then its a assembly problem or damage during assembly.
