I wasnt aware of that. Can you point me to the regulation or publication that shows that. There will be that inevitable question from the DMV clerk asking "Sir, I'm not aware of that, can you show it to me in writing?"
Thanks for the good tip, but I wasnt able to find it on the DMV website.
