No back registration charges! No non op charges no matter what bills they send! You just need to point it out to them. They just want the money and the fact that you don't owe it does not matter if they can fool most people that does not matter. They get millions that way. It does not even have to be 25 years old if it is a vehicle of special collector interest. But all vehicles 25 years or older are considered collector vehicles and exempt from non op and back registration and other fees. Jackson
