The brake liners are new drums have been trued with the bearings in place. Two of the brakes had some oil on the shoes; I cleaned them well and lightly sanded to rough the shoes up a little. I did replace an axel seal also. It look like the shoes were making good contact with the drum. The adjustment was made buy spinning the wheel until the brake shoe stated to drag, I try to get both shoe to drag the same.

The brakes peddle? What do you mean? It I pump the brakes the peddle may get a little more bounce back?
