I just tried to email you twice with some photos of the return spring and link on my engine but for some reason the email will not go through. Is your email correct?

According to my parts book, the little link piece goes in the center of the push rod, behind the spring on the rod, and a flat washer behing the link piece. A cotter pin goes though the hole in the center of the push rod to behind the flat washer. The return spring hangs on the link piece and the other end connects to the cab. I wasn't sure exactly where to connect the spring to the cab, but I hooked it through a hole in the lip of the firewall near the end of the push rod.
