Some of teh couties in Maryland require disclaimers on land sales contracts for rural property, especially in teh areas where developers are buying out some of the farms. I requires the purchaser acknowledge that the nearby agricultural activities involve early morning/late night equipment noise, animal/chemical smells, low flying aircraft, slow moving vehicles on the roads. etc. At least in this way, after they move there they can't say 'we did'nt think it would be like this". Keep'em where they are.
