Let me elaborate to myself then, all lumber, every board, is required to be "stamped", by a certifying agency, according to the US Dept of Commerce. Softwood lumber in the US is commonly graded according to the guidelines of the American Softwood Lumber Standard PS20-70, established by the US Dept of Commerce. The stamp must include certification and mill ID, lumber grade, species, and moisture content. It is the mill that is certified to grade its lumber. The WWCB is one of 7 organizations accredited to certify mills, the WWPA being the leader on the west coast. No where in the UBC, or recently adopted IBC, or in the laws of the State of California does it say lumber has to be graded by the rules and quality controls of the WWCB.

Instead of providing real backing information to your claims, you resort to a personnel attack when your erroneous and false statements are called into question. There are many cute analogies I could say here but I'll keep it professional.
