I read an article on the Classic Trucks website, where they used Wilwood master cylinders. That brought to the Wilwood site that has lots of brake parts, including their Combination Remote Tandem Master Cylinder. http://www.wilwood.com/Products/006-MasterCylinders/008-CRTMC/index.asp
