I believe a seller can still put any html they want into an ebay listing. I stick with plain text, but a lot of the big-time dealers, antique stores, and the like have their own fancy web pages that display within their ebay listing. That being the case, a malicious person could certainly list a bunch of items that are likely to draw viewers, and then include html code that redirects to a phishing site.

The trouble is that ebay seems determined to support their "power sellers" no matter what, and yet every "anti-fraud" measure they take just makes it harder and harder for legitimate users, while they keep on raising their prices. I sure wish somebody would give ebay some real competition.

By the way, if you want a big CNC mill cheap, I know a guy who's closing up his shop and has a CNC mill that he'd probably sell for scrap value just to get it out of there. It apparently has some problem in the electronics that nobody's been able to figure out, and it's a weird model that you can't get parts for any more. The machine's barely been used and is mechanically fine.
