Maybe Montana natives aren't too happy with the internet after that company bought up the Montana Power company? I believe, then liad off thousands to build under ground cable for internet anc tv then the whole thing went belly up and thousands were left with out jobs.
Memory of the details on that story are sketchy at best but if someone else know more? Last I heard the cable installation was never finished.
