Greetings all:

The truck I recently purchased I purchased in Hope, BC, Canada. The ID plate inside the door states Windsor, ONT as where it was manufactured.

When researching the VIN stamped on the frame, according to records, the truck should have been built in Detroit and should be a 1950 B-2-PW.

Instead, the ID plate shows it to be a DFX2-26.

The bonnet that I have has the Dodge emblem. The hood has Power Wagon emblems. Tailgate looks to be original and has no name on it.

So here's the dilemma. The truck has no title. Should I title it a Fargo or a Dodge?

Is one more rare or collectible and worth more than the other from a value standpoint?

Also, does anyone know if the emblems interchange on the bonnets or are the bonnets different as well (think screw mounting holes)?

Any opinions would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Steve
