In the picture, the grade varied from 8 to 18 percent over the next 1.8km. Everything from Grandma in her VW to heavy loaded tractor trailer run this hill. It was steeper than a normal state highway but not a problem. In a M37 etc, you could go much steeper on your own property. Keep in mind, Winter snow and ice may make it impassable.
