The posts below referring to the options and prices of a 1968 PW reminded me that in 1968, there was a brand new WM300 for sale at a Dodge dealership either in, or close to, Potsdam, NY. It was a cream color, with black fenders. It was gorgeous, and very expensive. The truck I was driving was a 1966 IH Scout, that had cost me $2779.00. The PW was so much more expensive, but so much more truck, of course.
I was cruising around with some guys from school, and we stopped and took a long look at it. It is hard to believe that it was 40 years ago. I wonder who bought it, and where it is now.
