... how *would* a thief solve the problem of a missing rotor? He probably couldn't get a new rotor in less than three hours during business hours - unless he's a professional truck thief, with an assortment of rotors in his bag. And the thief isn't likely to be working during business hours, nor will he be likely to be caught "mechanicing" a truck for very long.
