Doesn't need it? Isn't that precisely the reason why a company would give a product a lifetime warranty? So they get sweet advertising and promotion without ever running the risk of actually paying out anything on it?

Also, what is an ""double clutch" seamless shifting 7 speed manual transmission that shifts like an automatic" ? Is it similar to the Ferrari's that have manual transmissions that are activated electronically? In those, all you do is flip a paddle switch on the steering wheel and the clutch disengages, transmission shifts, clutch reengages(major jolt when down shifting). Seems like a good idea, but I have no idea how a manual transmission can shift like an automatic other than Ferrari's idea. And by double clutch you must mean no synchros?
Sounds like a tranny I need to get...
