It's a Chelsea pto. This pto is set up to drive the hydraulic pump from the driver's side of the transmission, with the pump facing to the rear. I believe this pto can be disassembled and reassembled to operate in the same manner on the driver's side. You can search Chelsea and find sources for more information.
