M880-W200 differences???

What exactly is the difference between an M880 and a W2oo of the same year. I know there is a difference in load capacity of some amount, but are there other differences that would make an M880 harder to buy parts for. Such as different axles/transmission/transfer case?
I am wondering if most W200 Dodge, off-the-shelf parts, from auto supply stores will work on the M880.
