I took the 57 ffpw with 230 ci down the highway for the first time the other day. Engine idles and runs fine up to 35 mph.

At 35 mph, engine starts cutting out. Would this likely be carb asjustment, timing, fuel supply, or something else? I've set timing with dwell meter and have clean fuel filter and clean fuel (original style filter in bowl plus in-line filter).

Could the additional in-line filter be causing this?

Fuel pump?
Fuel bowl gasket?
Timing?
Carb adjustment?
