318 air filter options?

I have been using the stock oil bath air cleaner on the 318 transplant but jeepers its big. I have looked at converting an oil bath from a 230 to fit, which means opening its throat way up to the diameter of the big unit. It can be done but before going through all that work, is there something simpler that I am not thinking about? I would prefer to stay with the oil bath type but the stock 318 one is just too big!
