I drove my 57 t bird over the weekend, which has a similar braking system, and it stopped with easy.
My 57FF stops with a hard pedal and a lot of leg power. I’ve only driven my own PW so I can not compare it to any thing. I got about 500 miles on the all new brakes system. I did adjust the brake shoes, but it still hard to stop.
